These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the golf simulator services, website (www.swingzonegolf.co.uk), and related offerings provided by Swing Zone Golf Ltd ("we", "us", or "Swing Zone Golf"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 16447059, Registered Office: 18 Tennyson Rise, East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19 1SQ). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

Services: Golf simulator sessions and related offerings provided by Swing Zone Golf.
You: Any individual or entity using our website or Services.
Booking: A reservation for a golf simulator session or other Service.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are for users aged 16 or older.
Users aged 12–15 may participate with parental or guardian consent and supervision during sessions.
Users under 12 are not permitted to use our Services.

3. Booking and Payment

How to Book: Reserve sessions via our website (www.swingzonegolf.co.uk) or the Trackman app, subject to availability.
Payment: Pay in full at the time of booking using Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, Apple Pay, or Google
Pay. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise
Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been made and you have received a confirmation email from us.
Our Cancellation Rights: We may cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen issues (e.g. equipment failure or staff unavailability). We will offer a full refund or a new booking time
Your Cancellation Rights:

Cancel 48+ hours before your session for a full refund or to reschedule.
Cancel within 48 hours: No refunds, but you may reschedule within 7 days, subject to availability and our approval.

4. Use of Services

Your Responsibilities:

Follow all safety instructions provided by staff.
Use equipment carefully and report any damage immediately.
Act respectfully toward staff, other users, and our property.

Prohibited Actions:

Using Services while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Damaging or misusing equipment.
Engaging in abusive or disruptive behaviour.

Session Rules:

Arrive 5 minutes before your session starts.
Maximum of FOUR players per simulator unless we agree otherwise.
No food in simulator areas unless permitted by us.

5. Liability

Our Responsibility: We are liable for loss or damage caused by our negligence or breach of these Terms, as permitted by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not responsible for:

Lost or stolen personal items unless caused by our staff’s negligence.
Injuries due to your failure to follow safety instructions

Your Responsibility: You are liable for damage to our equipment or property caused by your negligence or misuse. We may charge you for repair or replacement costs.
Health and Safety:

Confirm you are physically able to use the simulators. Consult a doctor if unsure.
Do not use our facilities if you have an infectious or contagious condition.
In an emergency, follow marked fire exits and evacuation routes. You are responsible for evacuating promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All website and Service content (e.g., text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to Swing Zone Golf. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.

7. Privacy

We handle your personal data per our Privacy Policy at www.swingzonegolf.co.uk/privacy-policy.

8. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions are subject to availability and specific terms (e.g. validity periods). We may withdraw them at any time.

9. Unavoidable Events

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.

10. Complaints

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you:

Breach these Terms (e.g. misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety rules).
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
Fail to pay for Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes. Updates will be posted on our website, and we will notify you of significant changes via email or during booking, at least 14 days in advance.
